About Us
Muncheez Opened in May of 2022, and is a local Tucson restaurant pop-up. We strive to ensure all customers have a quality meal made with scratch ingredients, and great customer service. We are currently transitioning into our food trailer, with an estimated timeframe of completion of early November.
You can find us partnering with Dragoon Brewing, Caps and Corks, Tap and Bottle, Tucson Hop Shop, Hoppy Vine, and many other bars and breweries throughout the valley.

Aurelio (Jay) Garcia
Owner
Aurelio has worked in the restaurant industry for fifteen years and has worked at some of Tucson’s most pristine restaurants. He has worked at Mama’s Hawaiian BBQ, Saguaro Corners, Palo Verde Behavioral Heath Hospital Kitchen, and Mountain Oyster Club. Aurelio has lead in many of Gastronomy Union of Tucson Dinners, and has participated in Tucson Knife Fight.
Morgan Garcia
Owner
Morgan Garcia has worked in the restaurant industry since she was fourteen years old, totaling nearly fifteen years of devotion. She worked at Union Public House, managed at Mama’s Hawaiian BBQ, and interned at Agustin Kitchen. She also attended Classic Cooking Academy in Scottsdale, AZ. Morgan has competed in many cooking competitions, in which she created C-CAP salads, French omelets, and salsa. Morgan has a passion for gourmet cuisine.
Chelsea Goss
Web Developer/Tech Support
Chelsea has been studying for her degree in Cybersecurity. With all of her technical knowledge, she was able to create this website from scratch! She is on call for any Muncheez technical issues.
